- Your project requirements, selected services, budget and timeline
- How you heard about us and any message you write
We also collect limited technical data such as browser type, pages visited and referral source (including UTM parameters) to understand how the site is used.

3. Legal basis and consent

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business — such as Google Firebase for secure data storage and email providers for notifications — under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
5. Data retention and security
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to 3 years afterwards for record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Data is stored on encrypted Google Cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorised staff.
6. Your rights
